Before the boot camp

Tool access, accounts & demos

Participants receive a prep sheet with recommended accounts, tool-access instructions, sample prompts, and any materials they should bring. Some tools require free registration; paid accounts are not required by default. If a paid or institutional tool is useful for a specific audience, we agree this in advance with the institution and provide setup instructions.

AI tools change quickly and can behave differently depending on account type, institutional access, browser settings, internet connection, or usage limits. We plan sessions around workflows, not a single tool, and provide alternatives where possible. Temporary demo accounts can be arranged for selected tools when the institution doesn't have access.
